This State of Iowa-approved course includes 45 hours of classroom instruction and 30 hours of hands-on clinical training, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to provide quality client care.

Through classroom discussions, instructor-led demonstrations, lab practice, and clinical experiences, students learn essential nursing skills to start their journey in healthcare.

Upon completing this course, each student will be ready to take the written competency and skills exam offered at various community colleges across Iowa.
